Requires:
Human Resources Manager
Multinational company is looking
for a professional who lead and coordinate the human resources
processes for 3 production plants, including recruiting, hiring,
training, wellbeing activities, health & safety, general services,
personnel administration, union labor, and security.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the recruiting and hiring processes for 3 production plants to
guarantee the accomplishment of different legal and audit requirements,
lead and coordinate the Plant training plans oriented to cover the
development needs and technical skills, lead the personnel
administration process including disciplinary processes, lead the union
relationships including union agreements, design and implement
wellbeing activities, lead the health & safety processes to
guarantee the accomplishment of legal requirements and company
objectives, manage the administrative topics in plant as
transportation, restaurant, and general services; lead the social
responsibility programs and maintain appropriate relationship with the
communities, support the company in different audits as ISO, BASC, and
OSHAS; manage the security processes for the 3 plants, manage
information center.
REQUISITS:
Professional, at least 6 years of experience in Human Resources
functions including labor union, training, hiring, training,
recruiting, wellbeing activities, health & safety, general
services, personnel administration, and security. High English
level (fluent)
SALARY: $9´000.000 integrales + Annual bonus results, 50% Medicine prepagada'para the employee and their families, life insurance.
